I am not sure what to do with this information actually - there is so much emphasis on early intervention... and then I hear what you say and wonder. I am a person who likes being grounded in the truth. even if that truth is not good. If i know I see the world different then I will not look down on ...

Just starting to see my daughters behavior as being on the spectrum she is 4 - and I can tell you since she was in my tummy - she woke me up each night and still does at least once that is almost 5 years of sleep depravtion - no wonder I am tired all the time. 8O

She is 4 and her doctor wants me to put her in day care to help assess her compared to other children in her peer group. I cant afford to put her in day care volunteerily - so... When I was talking to my daughters doctor about getting hee assesed since she was showing austic spectrum behaviors she made this statement and I am still wondering what she meant by it. " make sure before we decided to go to a neuro doctor that you are ready for her to be labled" She is a good doct...

I think this is a problem with our society as a whole - dating as we know it is only a 100 years old or so. relationships happened for very different reasons for many 100's of years prior to that. they were more like a partnership in life - a business deal that grew to love a real founded help each ...

I have not had a diagnosis yet and have talked to her pediatrician who wants me to put her in preschool to see how she behaves with her peers she is 4 - a young 4 . and she warned me that I need to be ready for a diagnosis...... ? I dont know how to put this any other way but I think My husband has some developmental problem he has never learned to deal with sucessfully or he is a class a JERK ..
