| Yup I have this. Whenever I do manage to hold a daytime routine, it just feels like I'm constantly jetlagged and i have to fight to keep it that way or it'll go back to a nighttime routine by itself. |

| I sometimes have to rehearse outloud what I want to say and it takes me a while to write something out and even then it usually comes across wrong. |

| Oh aye all the time. I'm the only person I can get any sense out of half the time. I find it helps to order chaotic thoughts or practise things I need to say to people and so on. I've been doing it my whole life. |

| I get very agitated when someone tries to rush me and it bothers me a lot. I'll do something in my own time and if people don't like it then they'll just have to live with it. I like living life at my own pace and enjoying the journey |
