| I've tried drinking coffee, tea, energydrinks, taking coffeinpills, guaranapills etc. It works for a while.. Drink plenty of water. | Are you overweight? Since losing about 20 pounds, I've been able to get by on 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night. Before then, I needed at least 9 hours. Yeah, Im overweight. Wich I'm working on.
