My counseler has said that I may have mild Aspergers based on our conversation and she referred me to a psychologist to explore it further. I don't doubt that I may have AS because I do fit some of the symptoms but I have come to realize that I am overthinking this whole thing and I could be enjoyin... |

Have you ever had an addiction to a substance after that first taste of the euphoric feeling of thinking you are "normal"? Where you obsess over it because of that feeling it gives you and a several months later you realize it's not helping with anything and you find yourself in a routine addiction?... |

I went through the same thing in a matter of weeks but I immediatly ruled out Bipolar and Schizo because I have never had a Hallucination or Delusion in my life. Heck, I have never even vomitted in my life and I don't plan on it in the future. But anyway, even though I don't have an official diagnos... |

When you do something wrong, something you regret later after realizing the seriousness of what you did; do you spend days, weeks or even months in an anxiety battle(rational vs irrational thinking) looking at the situation at every angle until you find the key answer explaining why you did it? I do... |

Thanks guys, it's starting to sink in and I feel a lot less confused about "what is wrong with me". I will bring this up during my counseling session and hopefully I can get her to explore this with me. |

I "store" my emotions in any real situation and usually explode later. Emotions are a funny thing when I think about it. |

I gave up on developing my atrocious handwriting skills in the 4th grade and it still looks the same to this day. I developed my motor skills slowly through forced activities such as taekwondo and gaming. |

I have been suicidal all my life, mainly because of the frustration caused by my peers. As I read more about AS, the less depressed I feel and the more rage I feel building inside me against the idiots who were supposed to support me and know when something was wrong. I have diagnosed myself many ti... |

Hello, I am new to the whole concept of autism and I am wondering if Aspergers might fit the description of my entire life. I view the world differently than others. My peers and family think differently than me and I notice it and get frustrated. I feel like I am trapped in my own mind making decis... |
