I have the exact same thing. Not scared of the insects just the unpredictability of them. Luckily for me there aren't enough of them around here for it to prevent me from doing things. I've improved a lot though, I used to panic when one came near me but now I just sit really still until they go away.

I love QI. I always end up telling people the quite interesting things I learnt from it like the first soup ever made was hippo soup. Most people don't think they are as interesting as I do.

It's a sort of fuzzy noise. I make it by tuning a radio to between two stations so that it makes a loud static noise, but I think there are other types of white noise.

The sound my computer makes when I click the mouse. I only hear this when I have headphones plugged in to the computer for some reason. I'm also another big fan of white noise.
