I don't have that issue with styrofoam, but I do with another material. They're these thin plastic bookcovers that have lines running across them in one direction. Running a fingernail against the "grain," or rubbing 2 books with them against each other, will give me goosebumps.

I do it a lot. When I was a teen (I'm 22 now), my mom and grandmother were concerned that I was smoking weed because of my solitary laughter. They even searched my room several times :?
