I was 31 and only a bit after a year later I am in the best shape of my life. Remember that it's never too late to start. Even if you're a senior citizen, you can always get started and it will make your life better.

I think it's great fun to play tennis alone against a wall, if you have access to a decent wall. Not only can you get a great cardio workout, you get to improve different strokes through repetition. It's quite different from actual tennis but can be a lot of fun.

I just tried meditation for the first time yesterday. It wasn't TM - just quietly sitting down, eyes closed, back straight, doing my best to focus on my breath. I attempted it for 15 minutes. It was interesting and I will be trying it again. I'd like to hear more about TM. How does it differ from ot...

Are any of you into gymnastics and/or bodyweight strength training? I got into working out a bit over a year ago, and very quickly I realized that I want to focus solely on bodyweight training. Partly because I love the minimalism (you only really need a little floor space and access to a pull-up ba...

I do gymnastics strength training. My goal is to be able to do stuff like a full planche, front and back levers, one arm chin-ups, handstand work and things like that. I really love bodyweight training. I don't want to mess around with dumbbells and especially not those big gym machines. The more mi...

I play tennis and I love it. Unfortunately I have recently lost the last hitting partner that I had and I don't really know how to find/where to look for another one. At least I have a weekly 1.5 hour tennis lesson which is fun but it's just not enough. I feel like my skills have deteriorated as of ...

No, I am always an outsider, even if the group would seem welcoming. I can't understand their motivations and desires at all, what they expect of me and how each of them relate to me and to other people in the group etc. I can only communicate with one person at a time, and even then I just adjust m...

I am practically always naked when I'm home alone, and I'm home alone practically always... I feel so much more comfortable that way. I remember even as a child I always kicked off my socks the minute I got home. I only started getting fully naked when I moved into my own apartment though.
