As a support site, I feel a reputation system would by a swat in the face of the very concept of a support site. You could lower anyone's reputation for simply disliking a person, and flame wars could erupt, and that's not appropriate for the purposes of this site.

In a Western democracy, no they cannot have a trial without you present. However, the same may not be said about developing countries where you can be tried and convicted in absentia.

I don't think so. A lot of fast food giants already have nutrition information available; so I don't think it will hurt McDonald's too much.
