When I first thought I had AS, I was really happy too, but when my doctor told me I just have "some autistic traits" I felt awful, like my whole life was lie and that I'm different than everyone. I just don't feel like a person anymore.

I am always myself in public, unless I'm trying to impress someone. I stim, tic, ask annoying questions, have tantrums, and be myself. If something pisses me off, I let people know it. I'm only 16, but I still know the right thing to do is to be yourself. My friends and family still love me and that...

I didn't realize I thought in pictures until I was tested at school for an IEP and the teacher told me that I am an extremely visual learner. He said that I must have been doing it since I was little because I could process things pretty fast. For people that think with pictures I think it's just se...

Melotonin used to work for me, but it seems that I have developed an immunity to it. I tried upping the dosage, but it didn't help. I liked using Melotonin though because it gave me these cool dreams that I could actually remember when I woke up. I'm going to try getting a weighted blanket I think. ...

You're never going to believe this.... the same exact thing happened to me just about a month ago. I'm trying to figure out the same thing and it's hard, especially since the girl just told me she doesn't want to date right now. I got so bummed and I still am, but I still like her and I'm not gonna ...
