I've heard people compare sociopaths to people with asperger's more often though. On the site sociopathworld..the guy has talked about them a lot..I can't post links since I haven't had this account for five days yet, but he says: "aspies are like the prom king of personality disorders. that's right...

Hello. I don't have asperger's, but I have social anxiety. I didn't want to vote in the poll and skew the results. Anyway, I would consider myself a hermit. It's mostly because I have become accustomed to it, so it's like routine now and in my comfort zone. Secondly, I wouldn't know where to go if I...

What I know about borderline personality disorder is that it is largely caused by abuse. Most people who fit the criteria have been sexually or physically abused. (I am not just making broad generalizations. I've read studies on it.) Asperger's doesn't have a definite cause, right? One similar thing...

I know your topic is about it perking you up, and not just liking it, but many people like those smells, not just people with asperger's. I've heard a lot of people say they like the gasoline smell, windex, pine sol, and other unnatural ones.

You don't necessarily have to have particular symptoms of Asperger's to have it. I have sensory issues like you and I was diagnosed with Asperger's a few months ago. I'm pretty sure I don't have it though. I just wanted to post here to see what it could be since asperger's seems to relate to what I...

Autism speaks are despicable!. I'd like to see a large group of us sue them under grounds of unfair representation of Autistics, discrimination and bullying. They are a pro eugenics group of crackpots who have the nerve to masqerade as a 'charity'. f**k 'EM! I don't know much about that organizatio...

By the way, my nickname has nothing to do with OCD or me being a germ freak or whatever. There was just hand sanitizer in front of me at the time I was making this account, so I made me nickname 'HandSanitizer'.

Hello, I don't have asperger's and I don't suspect I have it. I just wanted to post here because I read some things I do that sound similar to this syndrome, and want to know what it could be. Also, I posted on an OCD forum before and a lot of people can't relate because most have homosexual ocd and...
