i'm with you guys, the depression from bipolar is probably about the worst thing that god ever invented. It's important not to isolate though. Getting support from peers is probably the best remedy for depression. Never forget that there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

My apoligies, should have double checked, too late now :( Hey, no worries, it was an honest mistake. It's not a big deal and I didn't want you to feel bad about it. I've just been mistaken for a guy online more times than I care to remember and I didn't want it to happen here too! Anyway, I liked wha...

I'm practically depressed every day. Some days are worse than others. I don't smoke, though. I do drink at night. Depending on what I've drank, some days are easier to drag myself out of bed than others. I take Risperdal for it. I think it's helping but I'm not 100% sure. I also have Avoidant Perso...

I'm someone who battles depression on a daily basis. Little things seem like such a drag, and I end up slacking on the things that will help me feel better (smoking cigarettes, not working out enough at the gym). I just wanted to reach out to others who are struggling with this mental illness and se...

Also, I have add and schizphrenia and I think a tad bit of autism, enough so I can not predict how other people will react to things that I do. Yesterday, I was at a baseball game, and trailed off to go smoke a cig, and my brother got all freaked out. I forgot that the mental illness that I have wil...

This is just how NT's spread love. They say that an infant can survive without the touch of it's mother, and that sort of thing stays with them. I think the best thing to do, is interpret as a sign of love. That the other person can feel your prescence (the same way you might feel your thoughts), an...

I was popular in middle school and high school. Always made friends with the right people, the ones doing the bullying, and was social enough to hang out everyday with them, laugh along with the jokes and stories, and be considered part of the group. I was friendly with everyone and even though I ke...

I wonder all the time if I'm just traumatized from my childhood too, and not an asperger. I had two alcoholic/drug addict parents who didn't really raise me or nurture me, and I had numerous tragic events in my life that would seriously scar anyone, and grew up embarrassed pretty much everyday.

I struggle with these same obsessions. it's funny u posted this because i've just started to understand how my mind is constantly barraged with thoughts of these kind. It's like a paranoia about if people are judging me negatively, and for some reason it just tears me up emotionally that people are ...
