| If you literally mean you ate it, no wonder it had a bigger effect, as the absorption rate would have been totally changed lol. I found that when chewing gum, which did very little for me, it was easy to stay chewing but that was the wrong method as it was all leaking into the stomach via saliva jui... |

| If I'm PDD-nos, on the As, then my personal opinion is that I can sgive in to the moment.. If I wanted to give the weak emotions out like crying, I could, but I'm not sure that it wouldn't seem so weird and overdone. Hence, I have to lock these things up, apart from anger and venting of course. pfff... |

How do you monitor your dopamine levels exactly?
I understand the dopamine reward system, but, I don't think that you can be sure that only dopamine is the cause of your mood differences, or do you know something than I have missed? |
