It's refreshing to hear somebody agree, as there is so ...

Hi Alex. Yes, I noticed that too. I had mine built, and discovered Aspie Affection afterwards. Then I realised that the developer had used some sort of module based software to build my site. I love your colour scheme, it's really eye catching.

I have an Aspergers son who lives a very insular life, and his need to find like-minded people has inspired me to launch a dating/friendship site especially for adults with Aspergers Syndrome or any Autistic Spectrum disorder. You can find this at http://www.autisticdating.net. I also decided to inc...

Well, seems I chose the wrong name to use.

Mysty, I love your philosophy - very eloquently put, and nail squarely on the head. Thank you.

You are absolutely right, nobody is perfect, and nobody should be forced to be fixed. Some people want to improve on their imperfections, whatever they may be, whilst others are happy just as they are. Of course that then opens up a whole new can of worms about who defines what an imperfection is.

Ok Serenity, thanks for that. You seem to be an intelligent, articulate woman, who gets on well in life, so I can understand your point of view. I think that I would be exactly the same in your shoes. Unfortunately, my son does not find life easy, which is why I am always looking for ways to improve...

I initially came on to this forum because my son has Aspergers, and I feel sad for the difficulties he has with relationships of all kinds, which is why I registered as 'despondent'. Because of his difficulties, I have just started a dating/friendship site for people on the autistic spectrum, and wa...

I found that you can just read forever about Aspergers/Autism. The only thing I've ever seen that can have a really fantastic effect on autistic kids or adults is The Son-Rise Program. I strongly recommend you look it up.

I haven't read the reams of material on this thread, I actually registered on this site because of my Aspergers son, but stumbled across this subject. As somebody who has been very successful with women, and who has recently written a very straightforward little e-book to relate the things I learnt,...
