Meh. Over-rated.
Couldn't do it with a partner and another - I'd be too jealous. With two girls who are just casual acquaintances, OK, but it wasn't all that. |

I liked the movie, mostly because it involves a passenger liner of that era (I love those things) and also involves a ship sinking - I'm a keen wreck-diver. To cover the questions posed by the OP, though, my take is this: Jack dying: Firstly, they were conforming to the morals of the age. And you'll... |

Yeah, I'm much the same, although find I care less the older I get, thank God. |

I feel exactly the same, TallBen. I have nothing against dancing, but I just don't enjoy it. What does bother me is how many people will sooner forgive murder than forgive you for not liking dancing. Hah! Yes! Gad, even when I was a nipper at parties, all the other kids would be dancing (or being e... |

Not sure where to post this thread, so apologies to nay who feel it's in the wrong place... Anyway, I was just wondering how mnay people here ever dance? Do you feel the urge or need to dance when you listen to music? I have never, in my life, danced at all. I have no sense of rhythm (which obviousl... |

It originated in medieval Scandinavia, I understand, but largely fell out of favour due to people getting splinters. That's why sandpaper was invented. |

That theory makes a lot of sense when you think about the fact that Paris Hilton is one of the girliest, most sexually provocative people on the face of the planet and has been railed more times than a train track . Best. Saying. EVER! :lmao: :hail: My favourite saying is 'she's had more pricks tha... |

My name is Ben, and I'm a doormat. Gaaaaah - that feels better. Welcome to doormats anonymous. Yes - I allow people to emotionally blackmail me, which only a few of them do. And I do seem to allow others to twist my arm into doing things I'd rather not do. I'm a mug like that really, but I hate the ... |

I agree with poppyx and ToughDiamond; my own difficulties become more obvious when I am living with someone. I think that it comes down to not being able to maintain a pretence 24/7; none of us can and it's exhausting to just do it whilst at work. So yes, my symptoms get worse when I am living with ... |

I tend to have things pile up on top of one another and when there is finally one too many, I lose it. I guess I thought it was anger, but a therapist said perhaps it is really acute frustration. I think that may be true. When that one thing too many happens, it is like I go into a rage. I just can... |

I've not had problems as bad as some people here are describing, but.... I've been working as a building surveyor (bit of a cross between an engineer and an architect and not as glamourous as either - throw in a bit of barrack-room lawyer to the description too) for ten years now. Things went well t... |

Yes, I do this too. I have for the last eighteen years near enough gone from one relationship to the next, with never more than five or six months alone before I'm in another relationship. The trouble is, there have been a couple of relationships that have not been good for me; my current one is jus... |

Nope. I had a few friends, but saw them separately, and have never done the group thing. I always found that when kids were in a group, I was the one that they turned against; get them on their own and they could be fine with me but in a group I had no friends. Besides, I always preferred talking to... |

I had never dreamed of travelling alone...until my marriage broke up. Then I spent three months travelling around East Africa alone, and had the best time ever. You can go where you want to go, when you want to, and never have to worry about compromising to suit someone else. I also found that it fo... |
