This has happened to me.

I will get really into something, and then lose most of my interest in it.

My special interests can also be cyclical in that I am into them for a while, lose some interest, and then get back into it again.

I do feel guilty or ashamed sometimes and I know it is not good.

I just feel that Asperger's makes things more difficult than they otherwise would be, but I would be a different person if I didn't have Asperger's.

The main problem I have with not having any sort of permanent job is that it makes me feel less confident, and I kind of dread people asking me what I do, or what my job is.

I feel this way at times.

For example I might go to a social event even if I know I might feel awkward, and probably won't really enjoy it that much.

I like to run and find it enjoyable. It is a good way to stay in shape and spend time outside.
