I agree that it's a sensory issue. I'm the same way but not quite as severe as you describe. The idea of getting a large towel to drape over your shoulders is helpful, also letting the room fill up with steam from the shower itself. Be careful, unless your in an area that does have chlorinated and ...

It is definitely not face-blindness for this. It's lighting. If the light was at a different angle, this wouldn't work as well. The shadows are just the inverse of the convex, because of that the areas that are concave, have a whiter tone, so your mind processes them as being extrusions. Colors that...

No one had this one yet so I shall post the entire page: Haughty Intellectual You are 86% Rational, 14% Extroverted, 14% Brutal, and 57% Arrogant. You are the Haughty Intellectual. You are a very rational person, emphasizing logic over emotion, and you are also rather arrogant and self-aggrandizing....

First day, hmm. Well I cheated on this one a bit, mixing impartial memories with what my mom remembers. I was the only one who didn't whine when she left me there. I remember being annoyed that everyone was so upset with their excessive crying. When nap time came around I was always uncooperative. I...

How is this a troll? It doesn't seem offensive or reaction-causing to me. The OP is starting with a topic that is plausible but is highly unlikely. It is a first move in having someone comment that its not a real issue, or gives a funny answer as an indirect method of saying that the topic is bogus...

Try the Naga Jolokia pepper. I really want to try one but am scared of what it will do to me. In 2000, India's Defence Research Laboratory (DRL) reported a rating of 855,000 units on the Scoville scale,[7] and in 2004 a rating of 1,041,427 units was made using HPLC analysis.[16] For comparison, Taba...

1. Convenience 2. More buttons means quicker access to what you want 3. Satellite receivers often don't have any more buttons than volume and channel 4. Manually changing the channel takes an extremely long time, while using a keypad it takes less than 3 seconds. 5. Buttons on remotes are more ergon...

Really? I used to be anti-drugs, too, but then I took Tylenol for a really bad headache and I haven't gotten off it since. :D I want to start trying psychiatric drugs, but I'm not ready to be officially diagnosed with mental health problems yet. I don't think I've ever had a headache. And if I have...
