How do u tell a girl you like them and ask if they want to go to like the movies or something i am having a hard time coming up with a plan. Don't tell her you like her, then ask if she'd like to go to a movie. Never tell a girl you like her. They don't like that. In fact, the more of a jerk you ar...

short and simple: your brain chemistry undergoes change. I'm not a psychologist, but this is pretty much accepted as fact. Anything we humans do can in some way be traced back to and explained by the inner workings of the brain. "Love" is no different. In the end, we're pretty much just robots with ...

[quote= If you think about it, all online relationships are is last ditch efforts to find somebody. They will rarely, if ever stay true as a true friend in real life would.[/quote] Well said, and I agree completely. Unfortunately, it's only recently that I've really started to use the internet for s...

As of last Friday, my grand total of friends has dropped to a big, fat zero. It lasted just a little over a year, and for months the friendship was on life-support anyway. I just couldn't seem to stop screwing things up. Over and over again, I'd do something stupid or say something I shouldn't have ...

Weekends are the worst for me. My depression is at its peak on weekends. Because there's nothing good on TV. Seriously, if you've got no social life, like me, you come to rely on TV (and other forms of distraction) to keep you occupied. So all I tend to do on weekends is sleep.

Well, another "friend" just bit the dust. I wonder why I always believe people, especially NT's, when they say they understand, or they can relate to my particular issues, and then when communications break down, I am left beating up on myself, wondering if I should not have shared this, or shared ...

I'm sorry, but I feel like sharing my misery, and I hope some people can help me feel a little better. I hate myself so much because I'm worth nothing, and I want to kill myself, but I know I'd probably go to Hell if it exists. I hate how I latch on to anyone who shows me the least bit of attention...

I've been having a hard time with people online lately, and I think everyone hates me now. I was talking to someone before on MSN, but he wouldn't even say a thing. I feel so bad now... No one will talk to me, and I feel unwanted by all... What am I to do about it? I'm glad to hear I'm not th...

I don't know why I'm even bothering because I know nothing'll ever come of it, but my name is William, 24 years old, and I live in Northern Virginia (close to D.C.). I have no friends and no prospects of acquiring any.

SteveVictor is absolutely, 100 percent right. Women are by leaps and bounds more duplicitous creatures than men. I knew a girl who I'd become friends with but she knew that I wanted more. Well, you better believe she lorded this over my head for the duration of the friendship (which was terminated n...

I've posted here before, once, a while back. My message then was something about a new friend who happened to be female. Since then, I'd developed "feelings" for her, which were not and still are not mutual, which of course led to quite a bit of uneasiness between us. The latest on that is: I flew u...

As far as friends go, I've got one, I suppose. I've had her as a friend, I suppose, for a few months now. I am a male. Though I'm in Florida now and she's further north, I've been trying to imagine how this thing might've played out had she been male and not female, and I can't come up with anything...
