I dislike dresses, I won't wear them because they're one entire garment and it pretty much makes moving around in them or doing anything in them a major nuisance.
I love to wear skirts, but I am particular about them.
When it comes to clothing I am extremely picky.

I actually don't see anything wrong with your introduction, it's actually very interesting to read but I guess its your first time here so I can understand if you feel a little shy. You'd be surprised by some of the outcomes here, some came from really shy and nervous person to someone very confide...

I'm learning the guitar at the moment... unsurprisingly, the theoretical side of it is intuitive to me, but the physical act of playing the guitar is a lot harder. Maybe constant practice will improve my general hand/eye coordination as well as my guitar playing ability? Yes. Remember to rel...

Apart from the obvious strategy of avoiding situations which are stressful and likely to provoke these, does anyone have any tips/methods they use for restraining/mediating/controlling outbursts of anger? I have less of these than I used to but still just get moments where I'm seeing red before I k...

LOL!! That idea is hilarious. :afro: I am incredibly new here, but as a guess I'd have to say if that ever happened it would have to be a major collaboration with other musical Aspies. I can imagine the idea of it, the scope of it, the incredible amazingness of it. It'd blow any movie soundtrack out...

Your Aspie score: 151 of 200 Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 60 of 200 You are very likely an Aspie Interesting. I can't get the awesome image to post though. :( I haven't been officially diagnosed with AS. I have only recently learned that it is likely for me (a professor friend of mine who...

Dnuos, if you haven't seen this already, here is a decent article on modes if you are interested.

I would kindly disagree that modes are not used by many musicians these days. Every single musician I work with works in modes, some of them specifically write in modes, some don't, guitarists especially do. If you're familiar with Satriani's work, he specifically chooses certain modes to write in. ...

Thanks! Hi! Speaking of music, Locrian is a B natural mode, right? I forget. :P It can be, depends on where you start. If you start on B then it's just C major scale. The interval is thus: ½--1--1--½--1--1--1 or H-W-W-H-W-W-W. So if you want to play G Locrian you'd play this: G, A♭, B♭,...

I am ambidextrous and well coordinated as far as running and dancing and swimming and things like that go. Not very good at team sports (especially ones that involve throwing objects) and don't care for them, but I like tennis. I can't play video games because I cannot operate the controller. Not ev...
