I would suggest telling either your dean or your teacher, whichever one you'd be more comfortable talking to. They should understand and be able to accomodate you, especially allowing you to draw in order to calm yourself down. |

It varies from class to class for me, but in general yes my grades are usually noticably better early in a semester than they are later in the semester. Most people are the other way around but this is not that uncommon either. |

As far as Wii bowling goes I used to play it a fair bit, but it's been ages since the last time that I played. When it comes to real bowling the only option around where I live is candlepin which is loads of fun. I also occasionally watch some PBA bowling as well. |

Your idea sounds great to me. I agree 100%. The majority of the people that I know at my university would be classified as NTs, but many do have a lot of traits that are fairly close to autism. In fact it also seem that many people on the autism spectrum have one or two different things common to au... |

I'm very sorry to hear that. I know that there are no words that I can say that can make you feel better about this, but I wish you all the best nonetheless. |

What ended up happening afterwards? Something like that is definitly natural to be embarrased about, but it will probably end up getting blown over and forgotten about in the long run. |

It is entirely possible that it could be an issue with executive functioning. He may not know how to respond to the e-mails and might decide as a result not to respond at all. |

I'm sorry for the loss of your grandmother. Something like that is never easy to take.
With regards to your job, since it sounds like you didn't particularly enjoy your last job, think of this as an opportunity to look for something better. Best of luck in your search! |

What McAnulty is saying sounds like great advice to me. You definitly love to be with your family, and with good reason too, but it will probably be best in the long if you make this move. One suggestion that I have for starting off with is what I did when I first went away to university and was fee... |

It's definitly a tough call to decide on matters such as this. If you're interested in engineering, have you taken a look at the qualifications/education that you will need in order to land the kind of job that you are looking for? If not it might be worth seeing if you even need a university educat... |

From my personal experiences at the university I go to the housing department is usually willing to accomodate situations such as this. My suggestion would be to talk to someone in the department and bring up the disabilities to them, hopefully they will at least put him on a waitlist for a spot in ... |

I went through something similar 3 years ago. I'm not sure what it would be like at your school but I know that where I went a lot of the activities during the first week were designed to encourage people to interact with each other (such as having games that were done in groups). I found this to be... |
