I have been clicking my teeth for the last 8 months or so and can't seem to stop. Has anyone had any success with kicking this habit? I have tried to transform the habit into finger tapping or toe tapping and it hasn't worked yet. I guess that initial worsening of the behavior when I try to stop is ...
