Apologies, Trichotillomania, hair pulling, is a repetitive, usually involuntary, pulling of hair from the body. Are these two mutally exclusive? I know true trichotillomania is usually more of an OCD-related disorder. Could hair twirling and tugging at hair be a form of "stimming"? Anyone else have this?

That's kinda what I figured, at this point in my life a professional diagnosis is probably somewhat useless. I'll read some more of the forums to continue my self-diagnosis.
