i don't think it's quite that serious. amphetamines aren't really physically addictive, although withdrawal after consistent use can lead to fatigue, increased appetite, etc. unpleasant but almost universally not dire. what i am worried about is my ability to do my job considering my learning issues...

i get told i don't "look" like i have aspergers syndrome fairly frequently, and my theory is that media portrayals (esp when women with aspergers are featured in the news) all feature women who look exactly like temple grandin (usually because they are temple grandin.) i have kind of... exaggerated ...

in 10th grade i had an intense perseveration about designer purses. i can still identify fakes from a mile away. if you want a purse that's durable, not TOO expensive, and that looks "adult" and "professional" i would say go with coach. not the gaudy printed ones, but the plain leather goods.
