The indoor temperature on the first floor is 70 degrees. If the dew point and temperature are both 70 degrees that m...

I hate "that feeling".

However, I usually feel fine on Monday morning.

What is up with that?

I have enjoyed weather since I was 5 years old. I used to watch the Weather Channel all day (when they used to have forecasters on 24/7). I have noticed a trend with my mood. The day after a cold front ( 50 to 75 percent of my stress and anxiety disappears; rage and anger disappears almost 100 perce...

I was nearly struck by a car in a grocery store parking lot doing my job at the time. I was in the crosswalk and an SUV going 30 mph struck the shopping cart in front of the one i was holding. If had been moving 0.5 mph faster I would have been killed! I had to miss work for 4 months and when i retu...

I have had a rough last 12 months. I have been struggling with depression for almost seven years at this point. I did complete my Bachelor's Degree in IT last August. Since then, I have had sinus infections. My primary doctors put me on a list of almost 12 antibiotics in just 6 months resulting in a...
