Hmm..
I feel paranoid when I think of how politics / national identity affects a person's perspective, yes.
Maybe asking someone about their politics is a good way to understand preconceived notions that she may broadcast onto you, personally. |

A winter's day In a deep and dark December; I am alone, Gazing from my window to the streets below On a freshly fallen silent shroud of snow. I am a rock, I am an island. But yeah, thanks for the support. We are acutely aware that we are not normal and mostly unable to be, and this is the sou... |

I was on a coffee break after my shift at my job before Christmas. I was drinking coffee and my supervisor said something funny. I was laughing and drinking and coffee came out of my nose. Tee hee, I did this earlier tonight at work :) my supervisor ribbed me about it for awhile, and a good chuckle... |

My hair is similarly curly and about down to my shoulders now. Big hair is fun. And I think curly haired boys would do well to keep their hair a little shaggy.. if it kinks up like that naturally, why not let it do its thing? Besides, yours looks like it's been well treated.. it's not like it's a po... |

Is having someone else's voice in your head considered to be a disordered form of thinking? I can hear my ex in my head a lot. Usually he is pointing out where my perspective is skewed, or asking me "what's really good." It seems his voice will never leave my head because he influenced me strongly. ... |

I once tagged a billboard. It was for a casino on a tribal reservation nearby, and it said "A strong tradition of giving." We made it say "A strong tradition of Indian giving" as kind of a reference to the fact that people in that town were somewhat lifted out of poverty by the casino coming to thei... |

As tempting as it might be to mess with her, no it is not worth it. She is not going to be regretful of her actions, or see the error of her ways and back off. Ignoring her, even if she is in your face, is the best way to go. Confrontation would lead to escalation. And that this is a person you're ... |

I can't say I get her sense of humor either.. but she probably thinks it's funny just because she intends to be mean. lame sauce. anyways, my suggestion would be to say 'Hi' back to her as strangely as you possibly can.. in as many different voices as you can muster throughout the days. shout 'Hi' i... |

Now even the only person that I really trust let me down. She clearly doesn't understand me and I feel really dissapointed in her. I really needed her to help me, but she tells me to get over it and move on. She doesn't seem to understand how depressed I am and how difficult it is for me. So you fe... |

Do you find yourself interested in the workings of people? You've already had some experience in the field, and you might make an excellent psychologist. Personally I'd think psychology would be a sweet gig for an aspie.. who better to relate to people and get people to relate back than someone who ... |
