It's not just the opiod effect from gluten and casien that's the trouble. Undigested gluten and casien mollecules , called peptides, are leaked through the gut into the bloodstream. These particles are neurotoxic. They cause conditions that mimmick mental illness, causing depression, rage, ADHD type...
