The potential dates at this college, swept away by the bastard with skinny jeans and fancy clothes, or the guy who isn't worth a dime to society. Hey fella, I know exactly how you are feeling. There are a lot of things to know, if you want to change your situation. I want to address this point firs...

When I spoke about adaptation, I spoke of adapting and accepting socital norms- as in, accepting the reality of the situation you find yourself in and rolling with it. You don't have to be a conformist tool in order to function well in society. Respect yourself and others, and apply common sense, an...

Creatures that fail to adapt to their environment and surroundings go extinct. Adaptation is a very good thing, I highly recommend you try it, or at least think about it. Works for me :D

You need to sell your video games if you are that tight for cash. Why? video games along with anime are my only source of fun and entertainment. Also, I think you need medication to help you function better in society. Its not a bad thing. I need it. Here we go with this again. Why do I need to "fu...

From what I have seen, its about having confidence and swagger. I.E. I have seen some ulgy guys with decent looking women because of that. I dont know if that helps, but dont be too down on yourself because you think you are ugly. And also, if your family is like that, your probably better off witho...

I totally agree with that. What's sad is that even my family encouraged me to just pretend as hard as I could as if I was an NT. I dont think they ever accepted the fact that I was AS. I try really hard to come off as an NT all the time to everyone. One of the reasons I came here is because I hope t...

Alright, from my perspective, here is the thing: As a man in my early 20's, I can tell you that although I am athletic, decent looking, smart, funny, good-mannered and charming in a quirky way, I am an absolute failure with women, want to know why? Because courtship as we know it in today's world is...

Yes, this has always been a weird hangup of mine. I always pee in the toilet stalls when available, and if I am outside, no one can see me take a leak. It is weird, but doing otherwise makes me very uncomfortable.

I graduated from a big university in 3.5 years, and there were many pros and cons to that experience. For instance: It was nice because I was in college and could go about my business as I pleased. I also learned alot socially by being around and observing people in many different social settings, p...

I can relate to you in so many ways. I dont like to party, I dont like drinking, and I dont like getting high, but to this very day, I do these things because it is acceptable (I dont get high anymore though), and if I dont, then I suffer ridicule and social alienation. This is just the reality of t...

Sports, in theory, is the celebration of the human physical form, competition, and cunning. However, sports have been hijacked by corperate professionalism, and therefore seem unsavory to many. I played baseball most of life, and playing baseball offered me many things I would not have had otherwise...

Hello, I am new to this site, and talking about myself like this in lew of my AS is somewhat uncomfortable, so please bear with me. I do not really know where to begin, so I guess I will start with the mundane. My name is Nathan, I am 22 years old, and was diagnosed with Asperger's when I was 18. My...
