Sexual repression is also psychologically unhealthy. You can develop a host of mental problems from it. I believe moderation is key here. I used to be a fan of Death Note, but that was before I knew about Aperger's, and even autism. Pretty much every band already mentioned, plus Rhapsody of Fire, Dragonland, Avantasia, and Luca Turilli's Dreamquest. Rhapsody is very cheesy, but...It's good cheese.Very powerful also. Dragonland and Avantasia are only symphonic some of the time, but they're very good.They're both very progressive...
