I'm sorry you have to go through this. I've suffered crippling anxiety my entire life and hate to see that other people deal with it as well.
I don't have any practical advice, but if it helps just know that you aren't alone in feeling this way. Take things one day at a time.

The job market is tough, so if you really are this desperate you shouldn't consider any job beneath you, even fast food.
I know it sucks, but at least it's something.

I believe they are considered a disability in that the individual who is afflicted must attempt to cope in a world designed for and by the neurotypical.
