I am assuming you have asperger's? If so ,we were told (by our sons doctor),that Aspies tend to have normal disruption in sleep patterns. My son would go to bed at 11 .m. and wake up at 1 a.m. and not be at all tired and then say up til 11 the following day. Maybe you just need to get on a reg. slee...

They can refuse any type of educational or medical treatment they want. Children have to reach a certain age,parents can at anytime. You have the same rights as anyone else and your child after a certain age can even refuse medical treatment and meds. In my state its not age 18,its age 15.
