I'm both better and worse. I find it is easier to talk to her and to connect with her emotions than it is with anyone else. My friend has also pointed out that I seem a lot calmer around people in general since we got together. I'm more used to being around people now, as she keeps taking me places....

Thank you all!

And a welcome (oder willkommen) to you too, lafingman0. I don't know much about how to find a psychologist either, I got some help with that. Do you know if there is some sort of Autism association in your area? They might be able to point you in the right direction.

Hello. I'm mostly just lurking around here, so thought I'd make an introduction post to make myself seem a little bit less creepy. The reason I don't post much is that forums like this make me feel overwhelmed. There are so many people saying different stuff at once, so when I want to say something,...

I'm undiagnosed. Or half diagnosed, I haven't decided if I want to go all the way with it. Lesbian though. My civil partner is a lesbian Aspie. She is also beautiful, complicated, hard to live with, organised, honest and I love her. We have been together for 5 years or so.. and legally partnered for...

I got 21. I'm pretty much face blind. On the 30, I cheated by picking every sexy/seductive choice for women's eyes, even though I disagreed with that interpretation. This actually, on some level, taints the actual test for me. This caught me too. I don't see how the test can be anywhere near accurat...

Thank you all for your input. As you point out, there is of course a whole lot of other, and perhaps more important, things to take into consideration. I'm not very good at seeing it all at once though, I have to pick things apart to understand. The black/white argument is an interesting analogy. It...

Hello all. Nice to meet you. I'm not diagnosed. My psychologist thinks I'm autistic and wants to diagnose me. I haven't decided if I want to yet. I was a bit unsure as to where to post this, at first I thought I'd put it in the LGBT-forum, but I don't feel that is what this is about. Feel free to mo...
