I wonder where you can get a firearm if you have a record of mental illness. Not in my state!

This is not a cry for help or an attempt to elicit sympathy or support. Now that I think of it, I wouldn't mind resource recommendations, but that's all. I am just curious - how many of you have felt suicidal yet frustrated due to being unable to kill yourself for some reason? I have become aware th...

I've been rude or selfish many times without realizing it. Sometimes I just don't care, this usually pertains to a situation involving someone I don't like. That's a large tally. Unfortunately, I can be rude and/or selfish to/with someone I respect on occasion. That is unfortunate.

I was a huge Toad fan and used him religiously in Mario Kart and SMB 2, except when it made absolute sense to use someone who could jump higher.

I had a friend who says they are highly empathetic, although their high level of advocacy from afar seems more like sympathy to me. I am speaking mainly of their sympathy for "oppressed" groups such as any significant non-hetero, non-WASP group. Do you think they have confused a high level of sympat...

Commitment requires verbal agreement. Not everyone is romantic or monogamous, so some people date so much it might creep you out. I can't imagine pursuing or being involved with 2 people at once, so I think I may understand where you're coming from to an extent.

It seems as if some beings on the spectrum may let traits pervade their existence more than necessary, or, on the contrary, have some form of shame or aversion and put too much emphasis on assimilating. I have only been diagnosed less than 18 months, and felt overwhelmed with relief and some sort of...

For me, it's more like an escape into hyperfocus than pleasure. It is a gratifying departure to absorb certain information related to certain interests, as opposed to languishing in the turmoil of mundane worry and alienation. I often worry unnecessarily for long periods of time, and thinking really...

You can kill stuff in BTTF when you get the bowling ball. I beat that game without dying.
