Sorry to read about the migraines being experienced. I imagine they could be caused by a number of different reasons. In my family, a member figured out he develops terrible migraine type headaches after drinking diet soda. He believes it could be the artificial sweetener causing the problem. Even t...

I've read a few times that LDN can help with autism. I did a search on the sight but saw little on the topic. Was wondering if anyone has tried LDN? It seems to be a popular prescription for those with MS, Colitis, and Crohns. A little bit on this topic can be seen here : "Can LDN Really Help M...

I don't have experience with it, but my father developed GERD somewhat recently. It can cause him a good deal of trouble at times. I'm hoping to buy my father a product called Gastritonin, which used to be called Protexid. It's out of stock but read on Dr. Eades sight a new batch should arrive soon....

I'm pretty much the same. I've cut way back on how much sugar I eat. I pretty much avoid grains too. Of late I've been intermitting fasting some. I'll eat breakfast and lunch, and skip dinner. For me it's been easy to do as I haven't been hungry in the evening. I guess not only avoiding sugar might ...

Sometimes I enjoy olives. Of late they haven't sounded all that great to eat. I have a couple small olive trees on the property, and if they make it to maturity, produce fruit, I'll need to learn how to can and preserve them. I'm really hoping some of my neighbors enjoy olives. :?

That's a nice keto web sight Pileo. I've been reading about the keto diet lately and health benefits associated with it. It has me thinking of giving the diet a try in the near future. Another sight I've enjoyed learning from is The Charlie Foundation For Ketogenic Therapies ~ http://www.charliefoun...

Along with chicken, turkey, and fish, grass fed meats are on the lean side. I've done better health wise since avoiding processed foods. I also tend to avoid grains, which some find helpful with weight loss and lowering blood sugar.

Thanks Janissy. Nice find, that likely will be a helpful test! I was also thinking along the lines one of those phone health apps. It would be nice if something could be created that measured the qualities of ones sleep - buy a head set, plug into the phone to see if your sleep improves. It seems ev...

Yeah, admittedly one of the problems with earthing is testing. There really isn't an easy test a person can do to see changed results. One can report feeling better, sleep more soundly, feel tingling when standing barefoot outside or on a grounding mat as I and family do, but that is an observation....

Hokum. In 1998, a retired cable TV executive named Clint Ober sat on a park bench in Sedona, Arizona. As he watched the passing parade of tourists, it occurred to him that almost everybody -- him included -- wore synthetic plastic or rubber soled shoes. What followed was the typical "Guru" narrativ...

Sorry to hear the grounding sheets are not working out for you as hoped for improved sleep. They have worked for me, and family with improved rest, and reduced aches and pains.

I have a heavy copper plate under my soldering bench for a static ground. It is connected to a 10 foot long rod drove in to the ground. I do feel better in my legs when my bear foot is on it but i all ways figured it was because the plate was cold. I'll set up to try grounding at night when i sleep...

That's mainly what I've been using too! I have the mat in the TV room in front of the couch. I like how it leaves my feet feeling tingly after use.
