| Who said technology was slowing down? It has merely moved into cloud computing and distributed models. It is easier and cheaper to distribute a task than create a computer like Roadrunner to crunch numbers for it. |

I find the holiday is merely useless frivolity. I don't think there needs to be a day where I am expected to love someone "more" than any other day and/or purchase crap for her.
I take the day for what it is and move on. Best to treat it as just another day, not a "Hallmark holiday." |
