| I sometimes have this irrational fear that when lost in my thoughts I might start talking them out loud without realizing it. It has never happened but for whatever reason sometimes it scares me. |

I find something new to learn when I get bored. Like a new language. Or a new skill. Whatever it takes to keep my mind or my body occupied. Boredom always leads me to depression.
I don't know if that is something that appeals to you though. |
