Wow I didn't realize they had dating sites as diverse as that. Guess they have everything now. Its true there's more males on those sites...I'm sure some sites have more females than others though. Personally, I think its better to just look for friends on these sites because I think if people don't... |

I was curious if anyone has ever had any good experiences with specialty online dating services. I know there's a lot of specialty dating services out there so its a pretty general question. It could be anything from aspie dating to 420 dating to herpes dating. (Basically any specialized dating serv... |

There's always different articles being published on all sides but that's why you have to learn how to do proper research. There's usually a side that is right and they have better resources, a lot of evidence, and good credentials. You just have to ignore the garbage being published by people with ... |

Solvejg, I never meant to be offensive. I was just talking about the science of Psychology. I studied at a university too. Does your university reject science or something? Do you not study psychology? Also, I would love it if someone could please explain why permissive parenting is a slur. Is there... |

You can call it offensive but its not meant to be. Its a scientific term psychologists came up with to describe a type of parenting. Its called permissive parenting for a reason. As far as me not hugging my infant or whatever...that's crazy. You're getting to emotional. I prefer authoritative parent... |

Its wrong because when he has to sleep on his own he can't. And in the real world he is required too...he's going away to college next year, for example. So yeah, its a problem. And no thank you, I'm a 23 year old adult and I can do fine without mommy. She used to make me sleep with her too but I de... |

I don't think there is any such term as "attachment parent"...unless it comes from another subject and I haven't heard of it. It sounds like you are permissive....perhaps not the extreme example the textbooks usually show but nonetheless, permissve. If you never discipline your kids under any circum... |

Yea, its good to see a psychiatrist. If you feel he or she isn't helping, you can always get another doctor. 2nd or 3rd opinions can be good if you feel you need them. There are so many meds out there that can help you but you must stick to them...even if you have bad side effects at first. Every me... |

I also want to mention that you can homeschool your kids if you don't want to send them to school. Sending them to school often involves some social interaction with other parents and teachers. Your children would probably get a great education from you at home but I imagine they would want to socia... |

Wow, there's no easy or single answer for this question. However, I can recommend a few things. First of all, it takes a good amount of money...enough to take care of the childrens basic needs, send them to school, take them to the doctor, and stuff like that. And although its not required, children... |

Thanks for your responses. I'm also glad someone mentioned those threads that ask for personal information. Its true those can be a bad idea. I guess if you feel the irresistable urge to play along...at least post something vague or untrue. And yeah, definitely post in as few as possible to avoid gi... |

Do you have any known uneasiness when it comes to various scenarios? Yes, I have social anxiety disorder so I get nervous in bars, clubs...basically anywhere where there's big crowds. I used to get nervous in class and at family dinners but its better now cause I'm getting treatment. Do you consider... |

Please watch out for scammers on this site. One of them has already sent me a private message. "Her" email begins with fify05 (sorry I cant give you the full email, this site says I must have at least 5 posts before I can use urls. Ironically, its to prevent spammers). Anyway, she claims to be a gir... |
