| You can call it offensive but its not meant to be. Its a scientific term psychologists came up with to describe a type of parenting. Its called permissive parenting for a reason. First of all, it takes a good amount of money...enough to take care of the childrens basic needs, send them to school, take them to the doctor, and stuff like that.
