I have heard this from a few people, it enrages me, and I don't easily become angry! :x I was told this by my counsellor of all people, who seemed to think that because I look ok on the outside, there can't be a problem on the inside, and I should stop going on about it! I think this is the downside...

you can do any of the classes you mentioned, i'm sure they will all be relaxing and interesting, and involve some kind of physical exercise/therapy mixed in with meditation. but it's also useful to try out meditation on its own, as you can use various techniques when you are stressed without people ...
