I rarely get angry at anything, but people can annoy me. It seems like when that happens my sensory issues are multiplied, especially sounds.

It's highly unlikely that everyone got together and agreed to ignore you. I respond to things that I notice on the twitter feed if they sound interesting. Maybe you should try different topics that are more likely to get a variety of responses.

I majored in computer science, if you work in a small company it gives you a lot of alone time. Big companies = team projects and meetings.

I think I'd do pretty well, I am a low-emotion person which improves the chances that I would think rationally when things get tough. If you get scared and freak out, you do something stupid and the zombies get you.

I hate gossip. When someone starts to tell me something about someone else that is none of my business I stop them and say I don't want to know. It's an invasion of someone else's privacy, and when someone tells me gossip they are not only doing something vile they are dragging me in as an accomplic...

Just tell him that you aren't comfortable giving your number to him yet. If he isn't willing to wait until you are comfortable with it, you don't want him to have it anyway. Guys who get offended because you are protecting yourself and your privacy aren't worth the trouble.

Typically they are lighter and shorter on the pill. If they are longer than normal or if you have bleeding when you are not on the spacer pills you might want to ask your doctor about the possibility of uterine fibroids. They have to do an ultrasound to confirm that you have them. You don't mention ...

A rather sizable percentage of the population feels uncomfortable if they aren't part of a group where everyone looks, acts, and believes the same. If they like the opposite sex, and most people like the opposite sex, it elicits an emotional reaction in them to know that some people among them like ...

The group of people who know me is so small that I think they know that just because I'm more comfortable inside my own private bubble doesn't mean that I am a cold-hearted b***h. I think they also know that I do not lack empathy just because I lack the emotional component.

I can control it when people are around, but I've also found some ways to modify it so that it doesn't appear I am doing anything unusual. One of mine is shaking my hands, it seems to satisfy it if I vigorously put on hand lotion. Another one is tugging at my hair, when it first started I would tug ...

It's certainly not all women, there are plenty who go to the opposite extreme. I think those who need so desperately to have a relationship in order to feel like a worthwhile human being will ignore anything that stands in the way of that goal, while women who are for some reason afraid of intimacy ...

People seem so weird to me that I seem to have trouble distinguishing between people who are a little odd and people who are manipulative and dangerous. As annoying as NTs can be, they are helpful to sort out eccentric from trouble.

On another chat forum I recently had a really scary experience. I was targeted by a cyber stalker. I have a tendency to think most people act very strange, so this guy had to get really obviously obsessed before I realized I needed help. I asked a friend to read the emails and twitter messages and c...

I don't think it would make a tremendous difference to society, but it will never happen. People seem to think the left-wingers all want to ban guns, but a whole lot of them have guns they want to keep too so there is no support for it outside of keeping convicted criminals, the mentally ill, and ch...
