First off, apologies if I don't post here often these days. I've got a lot of other stuff on my mind, and, on several occasions, a selected few members of the community have irked me greatly in the past. Nevertheless... Does anyone often have adverse reactions to law-breaking, or someone abusing tru...

Very tempted to turn up. However, could you make the time a bit later in the afternoon? (Preferably after 1pm or so)

The reason is pretty simple: I'll be riding a bike from Bristol.

Bike alarm fitted and works.
Bike LED mirror+indicators fitted and work (done myself so ultra-chuffed).
Got lots of stuff done today.

But the best is... I might be going on a track day for racing tuition in october!

Hey Sweetleaf - did you wake up? How are you doing today? Well of course I did.....and today was not as bad as in I was not extremely depressed for the entire day, and I did manage to scedule an appointment at the disability office. The hardest part now is to keep to that appointment. Don't re-sche...

I can't sue them for not helping if I don't even build up enough confidence to walk into the disability office. Indeed. But you're 100% certain that, if you step in, you'll know one way or another. Personal anecdote time! It took three weeks of me not turning up to lectures/tutorials/seminars and n...

If that was your first relationship "crash", don't worry too much - in such circumstances, everyone would be hurt. It takes a while to develop a tough skin to ward off all the kind of trouble that other people can give you. You'll get better in a while, don't worry (long or short depends on how fast...

That about sums it up.......and no there is no one who can help me at all. I mean when I feel like people are getting annoyed with hearing about my problems they usually are. I have a hard time taking any advice because I feel so useless I get caught in the mindset of thinking I can't really do any...

About +1, maybe +2... It's nice to see that some people in this world can actually be true to their word (so rare these days, it seems). And I've had to part ways with my old motorbike, in favour of the new green one. A bit sad...

What kind of college are we talking about? UK or USA? (The term "college" refers to wildly different things in those countries) All I can say is, hang on to whatever you can. I've been in that situation before, and I know how difficult it is to survive through (in my case, the harassment lasted for ...

The whole "imagine that everyone is out to get you" paradigm is too true for driving. It makes it a lot more predictable... and forces you to stay attentive. Here, simple example. Did 275 miles today (Oxford->Bath->Bristol->faff around Bristol->Cirencester->Swindon->Oxford) and almost got killed 3 t...

All the time, especially with previous experience of talking to people. Everything is either lost in translation, misunderstood or used against you.

About -4, -5. Crashed my bike (cosmetic damage only). Had to have some stitches done. My helmet is busted. Awesome day, truly... ah shoot that's no good! Hope you're physically ok! Yeah. I've just had a £3000 motorbike cosmetically wrecked (talking £400+ repairs, which I can't go to insurance for),...
