i was unusually quiet as a baby, too. but mom says when i grew up i would throw "random" tantrums that would last for hours and i wouldn't stop even if they did what i wanted. (now i know these were probably meltdowns). when they had my brother, they thought he was unusually hyperactive and talkativ...

ok, the only islamic "sources" that a muslim uses are the qur'an and authentic (read: authentic) ahadith (i.e. teachings of the prophet muhammed). any other "sources" are pulled out of extremists' asses, or people who couldn't find anything in the qur'an that makes it violent so they resort to makin...

they don't deserve to be vilified for their self expression. they may break the gender norm(why is that a bad thing?), they may act like a stereotype but they are doing what comes naturally to them which takes courage and i cannot fault them for that nor can any of us here i should think. how many ...

ok, i only read the title and a few comments, so here's what i think: the "islam unlike christianity is pro-aspie" title is kinda stupid, sorry. it implies that (i haven't read the first post in detail) christianity is intolerant against people with different wiring and that's kinda...well, stupid. ...
