I have it. It's terrible. In fact I've been going through it lately. I get both overly emotional and intense physical pain. The pill hasn't alleviated any of it. In fact is has made my periods erratic and initially I was crying for the first few weeks that I started (again this past year). I have to... |

At lower doses it has helped me somewhat with focus, energy and dealing with people. I had a psych who thought that if he upped it he could change my entire personality. Within a day my incredibly angry side came out (like when I had tried Zoloft). Just be careful with any SSRIs is what I recommend.... |

I've had this issue with family members. I've found that media such as books and movies has let them understand me and believe me and the MD who diagnosed me a bit more. The fact that I had made a condensed version of one of mine and my sis' fav shows America's Next Top Model with the model who was ... |

I just want to mention something that might be of use. After over a year of therapy and then months of seeing a psychiatrist I still couldn't get any of them to refer me to an actual MD who diagnoses ASD. I had to search online for any doctors in surrounding areas (I live in a small town) that speci... |

kirayng,
I just wanted to say that it seems that people on here are attacking you. I find that very sad. You'd think that some people would be more understanding. That's one of the reasons that I'm not on here often. |

Not lately, but hormones are definitely contributing, I hate being female sometimes (a lot of the time). |

I'm more about excitement than joy if that makes any sense. When I have joy (rarely & fleetingly) it's always so foreign to me that I'm caught super off guard. (long severe depression comes into play for me though). |

200 is too high for me but there are definitely movies that I've watched so many times that I've lost count. Also when I was in high school (I guess as a coping mechanism to the bullying) I would get fixated on a certain favorite movie and watch it every day for a month and then switch to another. I... |

I love sitcoms. I'm not as crazy about HIMYM anymore though since it's become more serious (it used to be my favorite show). |
