You are too generous with your scores. Didn't ever see you go below 7. 7 should be the most common "good" score. 9s and 10s should be used sparingly. Maybe I am too generous, but 7.5 is the borderline for averagely entertaining by my standards, and 8.5 is what I want in an entertaining book. Also, ... |

This is preachy garbage through and through.
Also "The Beatles are positive" is a nice lark. Like that pleasant "Norweigian Wood" song. What was that about again? Oh right, attempted rape and arson. How uplifting. |

You'd think so but you'd be wrong.

Well you can actually. It just takes a bit of effort. |

Short answer "No"
Long answer "No."
Plus, if this forum is any indication, a shockingly high portion of aspies have terrible taste anyway. |

The following albums made me happy, followed by a score I'd give each of them out of 10. Pieces of the Sky (Emmylou Harris, 1975) 9.2 Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain (Pavement, 1994) 9.5 Tago Mago (Can, 1971) 9.2 Tonight's the Night (Neil Young, 1975) 9.6 Only four? Slow day for me. It was probably that ... |

i rarely listen to a whole album, it gets monotonous for me, and if i go to a concert , there have to be several bands/singers Single tracks are all too brief, all too fleeting, all too slight and in most cases just a small piece of something much greater. I prefer the immersion and completeness of... |

Must say, I'm very dissapointed in the replies so far. Those who haven't clung on to has beens like Red Hot Chilli Peppers or Blink-182 have just outright dismissed 2011 entirely. Come on guys! Where's your sense of adventure? Everyone listens to something for the first time. Try something you would... |

...could you at least cite some specific reasons? The production was the biggest problem for me. To me it felt like a really second rate clone of Flying Lotus' stuff. Some of the looped samples they recorded were not used very well, some felt like they went on without a break in the wall. Atmospher... |

good: Britney Spears - Femme Fatale Yeah, I've heard good things about that one. A number of sources say it's her best so far. That wouldn't be so surprising, she's never been an album-centric artist. didn't care for (change my mind): Bit K.R.I.T. - Return Of 4Eva Fleet Foxes - Heplessness Blues Sp... |

Albums are the ultimate artistic statement aren't they? If you don't think so, you're wrong. Nah, I kid the movie/video game/book fans out there but only because I have less respect for them than my fellow music snob brethren. Nothing personal, you understand. 2011 has turned up a bounty of great al... |
