I have my own house, make sure i pay all my bills on time, live in a different state than my adult kids and siblings. Keeps the wolves from the door and the family on good terms. A hobby is essential. Something to do that gives you a feeling of something done. You can veg when you want, eat when you... |

If both of you are used to the idea that the marriage is over and neither blames the other--or does but understands that this is also a sign that a marriage is over- then sit down at the kitchen table and decide who gets what. Some things will need discussed, some will not. Try to think of everythin... |

I am sooo glad to see someone else has that problem with people trying to turn what you like to do into something you should make money on. It seems like everything I do, someone says that to me. Art--"sell it" or much worse "get a booth and sell it at an event" Research--"people would pay you to do... |

ONE more thing.
What you should have gotten and should insist upon is an INCOMPLETE. You then have whatever period of time and conditions they place on you to complete the course and test. If you do not satisfy the INCOMPLETE it turns into a grade or a fail. See the head of the department ! |

By the way, testing is really just you testing yourself. You are not trying to please anyone else. Like doing a crossword puzzle. Everyone in the room is doing the same thing. They are not watching you. The longer you are in college the more routine testing becomes. This is what I figured out--if I ... |

I googled Learn BSL online free-- and found http://www.signstation.org . It has just what you are looking for. It could refresh and enhance what you tried to study for your exam and you might find it a good alternative to a classroom. Remember, the college pays people to grade your tests. D... |

The older you get, the shorter 24 hours are. I find that when I am unable to feel motivated it is because what I need to do is not interesting. What once was exciting and new is now a responsibility. But that also cheats you out of the pride of accomplishment. Two things motivate me. Turning on my f... |

In terms of what you should be aware of..when chosing an apartment, look for a quiet one. Dont get one next to a noisy business. Dont get one near a big box store--they clean their parking lots in the middle of the night and it sounds like a jet on a tarmac. Try to get one on the top story so people... |

It would drive me nuts to live in someone else's place, especially if they are there. Even if you can only afford a studio apartment, do that. You have the advantage of a door you can lock, of living at your own pace, the pride of independence. No one looking over your shoulder or feeling judged. Yo... |

I wrote a really long piece and the site made me sign in again, and i lost it. If it posts, then this is redundent. I will hit the high points. They handed us a doll that did nothing. Expected us to hold that doll up and pretend it was having a conversation..with another doll. Everyone who thinks pl... |

"I am a hoarder. I prefer to think I don't create lots of rubbish as everything has a use and re- use. Its recycling... yes thats right, recycling" I struggled with this, myself. Since I work on my house, those butter and sour cream containers, popsicle sticks, food trays, and juice bottles all seem ... |

If we did everything society seems to want from a female we would all be pole dancers with multiple, desperate to please, personalities. |

The morning I see is the one that happens after I stay up all night, or if I have an appointment. I have always been that way too. I have always felt safer at night. I like to sit on my front porch and listen to the trains in the distance. Or watch old movies or do stuff like this. I keep my drapes ... |

The ONLY things in my home that are totally organized is my bill paying system. And my tools and supplies for house remodeling. And my cupboards. I am naturally messy. Its great excuse not to let people in. I dont put pressure on myself. I am easily distracted. I like planning out how to do somethin... |

You dont have an obsession? Maybe you would feel better with one. I used to think that going through years of research on some topic or activity was just the biggest way I annoyed people. Now I just enjoy whatever it is that is holding my attention. My dogs find me fascinating. Social life? No, but ... |
