I'm a network admin for the RAF, been doing it for 3 years. I'm currently working outside my normal trade which is welding/sheetmetalwork type stuff.

I'm in the RAF, it's been difficult, but worthwhile. I have been to some exotic places (Falkland Islkands, Afghanistan) and I can assure you that having people shooting at you is NOT FUN. I would hate to have a job that involved public speaking. I've had to do some recently and it's horrible. Standing up in front of a room full of NTs and trying to speak to all of them is terrifying.
