An exact replica of a human is a human by definition. So I would consider them entitled to all the other rights that other humans have.
I think other sentient beings should have basically the same rights as humans as well.

Public schools in the USA have little to do with teaching children basic skills that they need to make a living, and definitely doesn't have to do with teaching kids how to think critically.
