I'm trying to write a story that revolves around autism and a young sixteen year old girl finding love despite her condition. But I'm having a hard time with it. It won't be AS but an mild to moderate autistic disorder like what I have though, since I'm high-functioning, it will seem like she's an ...

I'm having the same problem. My trouble is the field I'm experienced in (visual arts and graphic design) is a severely specialized field where a lot of people are self employed. I really want to go work somewhere that has a shop front or office because it's not healthy for me to work at home in iso...

Someone mentioned that I'm just assuming that rich and pretty people get hired. Have you seen the places where you would prefer to work at? I've seen nothing but pretty stuck up people who are really rude. Anyways, I'm going to Action-Temp tomorrow to see if they can help me get a job. Don't go to W...

That article is pretty much spot on about the interviewing process. I'm really pissed off that employers can do this s**t and don't give a damn about experience, just looks.

It's always been my dream to become a well-known comic book artist, so yeah I'm going to continue lol
It can take quite a bit of time to put a comic together, but in my opinion, seeing the finished product makes it well worth the time put into it.

I've tried to get nearly EVERY kind of job I can think of. It's always the prettier looking or the person who looks like they came from a richer family. I'm getting sick of this! How do you know who's getting the jobs? Are you visiting all the places you applied at to see who they hire? With the nu...

I've been looking relentlessly for a job for the past two months, I've had two interviews after the 100+ applications. I didn't come from the richest family, nor am I handsome. Why is it that 99.9% of ALL employers only care about what you come from or what you look like? I'm in desperate need of a ...
