So, if we were in an anarchic society, I could mangle you with my bare hands without feering consequences? I could punch your teeth in, pluck your eyes out and crush your groin with my foot, and nobody would care because it was not forbidden? Count me in!" historically any community that lacks a ce...

Many Americans also believe in creationism or accept the Internet hoax that the whole solar system is heating up. That's naive wishful thinking. Give people education and cold hard facts, it doesn't ch...

anarcho-capitalism is not anarchism It is a radically different form of anarchism from left-anarchism in general, but it is anarchism nonetheless. It derives from a different tradition: anarcho-capitalism is basically total, unrestrained liberty, beyond what classic liberalism argues for but in the...

The hard core in public choice can be summarized in three presuppositions: (1) methodological individualism, (2) rational choice, and (3) politics-as-exchange." If we apply that 3 principle to economists we come to the right conclusion : we don't have to trust economists because they have a strong ...

I wish it didn't take me years before this was pounded into my head. Libertarianism is the perfect philosophy.... if everyone is like me and there were no hierarchies. Unfortunately reality is a wee bit different from theory. It took me a LONG time before I understood why incompetent people ended u...

For the most part I am what most Americans would consider to be a liberal. But it really depends on the issue and when it comes to crime and punishment I really disagree with what most other liberals think. Revenge seems to be a cardinal sin for most people on the left when it comes to crime and I'...

Mathematics is discovered, it isn't invented. If intelligent alien life exists elsewhere in the universe they will discover the same mathematical principles - except maybe Pythagoras' theorem would probably be known a Zog's theorem and Zog may look something like: http://iam.dannyfoo.com/wp-content...
