No, because I cannot envision this normalcy, as I have never been due to asperger's and adhd both.

I do however, wish for this as*hole who lives around the block from me to shut his damn car alarm off, as it's 3am here and it's been going off for, oh, at least the last hour and a half...

Actually, I think it's in fashion right now to have full brows! I would not recommend plucking your brows on your own at first. Well, if you have a good 'eye' for art then perhaps you can... My experience is that plucking them on my own always end up looking really uneven and makes my face really u...

I've known since I was very young (before the age of 10) that I don't want children. I like them, I work with them, but raising them is just not for me. The best comeback I've ever seen to "You'll change your mind" (it only works on people who are already parents) is "So what happens if you change ...

I think the human species would be long extinct if everybody questioned some things so much :) I’m sorry if this sounds like one of those trite comments, but this thread saddens me a little. I’m sure you gals are sentencing a lot of good genes to going down the drain. IDGAF if you're saddened, you ...

I just know living beings who behave that way when it comes to reproduction are selected against, in favor of those who don’t stop to think whether it’s good or bad for them to reproduce. I wouldn’t like people to have made that decision centuries ago, so I’d have never existed, even if I think my ...

I am terribly frightened of being a mother, even if I saw a purpose to it. I don't enjoy the company of children, their crying is a sensory nightmare, and I don't consider myself high-functioning enough to keep additional persons physically and mentally healthy for more than a few days. But I've ac...

I guess those figures don't apply to us Aspies... Age 45 and I'm very happily on #2, and there will never be a #3.

Perhaps it doesn't always apply to us. I'm 28 and sticking to #1.

Other possibility: people lie about their sex lives! The "he's a stud, she's a slut" trope still exists sadly, so men are inclined to lie upwards and women lie downwards about how many partners they have had. The maths never add up - if women really had slept with as few men as they claim, there wo...

Hi. I am an adult who is dysgraphic (was diagnosed the same time as my AS years ago). My life got better the moment I learned keyboarding. Strange as it seems, I did not really need my parents to push me to learn how to keyboard-- that was taken care of when the new Mac they brought home when I was ...

A-spot if I remember right? I know what you're talking about since I am particularly reactive to stimulation in that spot actually. I believe that is the term, yes. I think most women are quite reactive there. Sadly, most don't even know it exists. That is sad. Well, when I found mine, I cherished ...

I say this because I ate some very low quality processed food growing up (think a diet that consisted of white bread and hamburger helper numerous times a week-- stuff like that) and had similar bowel issues-- eating some stuff my body cant tolerat...
