| hey, i smoked for 8 yrs just because. though one doesnt NEED to smoke to cope with their feelings. smoking just masks they pain. then later you'll find your self reaching for another, but what for? passing time tired, upset anxious? there are other ways to solve your problems. you gotta try some kin... |

| being an aspie i have tried achohol and cigs. and they worked for a while but always comes the spiral -everything went down hill from there. you gotta be VERY carteful with what you do at parties or in any setting. from my experience i feel drinking and smoking do nothing but hurt you and the ones y... |
