Does anyone out there have experience meeting with other couples to talk strategy? it sounds like a great idea. If there are any Aspie/Nt couples around the Southe... |

My younger son was diagnosed with encopresis--basically pooping in the wrong place due to psychiatric issues. I was encopretic from age 3 to 14. I managed to stop the "inappropriate pooping" but I think whatever my psychiatric issues where then they compounded from that experience. I am still sorti... |

my drive cycles. when it's up it's up. when it's down its way down. This tends to be confusing for my partners and set the stage for plenty of hurt feelings. i imagine that my interest comes and goes, but a bigger factor in the cycle is fear, insecurity and being uncomfortable with change. once it's... |

I discovered that I'm aspie (my therapist agrees though I'm not pursuing diagnosis at this time) about six or seve... |

I just watched this on TED, and thought I should share it with WP... and found this thread.
I enjoyed the talk; I have known for a long time that I need to give myself more space and quiet time; but I find it hard to unplug and contemplate. |

I've been vegetarian all my life. that's how I was raised and it works for me. Although it is just habit for me I understand that for people who grew up with meat there is the danger of malnutrition, due to lack of variety. I highly recommend checking out the Green Door- a great restaurant in Ottawa... |

Did Robocall change the result of the election? I don't know. We would have needed to see a dozen ridings change hands, which means a sufficient number of voters held back from the polls or changing their declared voting intention. That's a pretty high bar to meet. in my riding, i don't think it ch... |

Luftballoons, I relate to your situation, I am the aspie partner in a six year relationship, and we have a similar dynamic around chores, with the same sexless results. I am doing my best to change my ways, trying different things, reading and researching, seeing a counsellor, etc... . The problem i... |
