The Catholic Church is a religious government that is how I view the Vatican I am the only one in my family that has narrow views of the Pope most of the Popes have been morally corrupted using a faith for political power. Definitely. I can't stand the Pope. Personally I think the Catholic Church a... |

Well, we did defeat the Nazis. The common view of WW2 as a fight between "good" and "evil" is pretty skewed. the West had their own reasons for fighting, and it definitely wasn't just to help the poor persecuted victims of Hitler. Then there's the Soviet Union. Stalin was the real victor in 1945, s... |

tbh the only positive I see are financial benefits from the government, but who would choose that over not needing those benefits in the first place? I'd sure as hell rather be NT. I suppose one other benefit would be that you can use it as an excuse if you f**k up and say the wrong thing or act stu... |

Joker you seem to really hate Catholics. You go on about them a lot and seem to blame them for everything. I've only read your posts in about 4 or 5 different threads since I joined, but I've seen you blaming Catholics and slagging off Catholics several times. Yet you were the one to say you hate it... |

So, are you saying that an inability to emotionally connect with people of the opposite sex makes you de-facto gay, or are you saying that some people have homosexual relationships who are not gay? Eh? How did you get any of that from what I posted? who decide that they must be lesbians late in the... |

You may know that public expressions of homophobia are illegal here in the UK. Not true. Hate speech etc is. Simply voicing homophobic views isn't. Plenty of religious leaders do it all the time. I don't understand homosexuality myself. I can sympathise because we can all be born with certain thing... |

I never said ALL religious people believe that. I was responding to the thread in general. A thread which was started by someone claiming tha... |

lol, Religion does not make someone a better person Besides, if someone's more likely to do the "right" thing just because of threat of eternal damnation, does that make them a better person, or just a coward? I think a lot of people are confusing gender identity with how masculine/feminine someone is. Obviously they are generally linked, but someone can be much more masculine or feminine than their sex stereotype is supposed to be, but not identify as a different sex. For example a woman can have a very ... |
